Key criteria for the December 1 draw include:
- Having a job offer from a Nova Scotia employer for full-time, skilled work in Nova Scotia that lasts at least one year after your PR visa is issued. Full time employment means throughout the entire year and no less than 30 hours of work per week.
- Having 1 year of skilled work experience related to the job.
- Having demonstrated language abilities in English or French at the CLB Level 5.
Other criteria include having the equivalent of a Canadian high school credential, and applying no later than 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2020.
